I'm Rodman Schley, MAI, SRA
Rodman Schley is a MAI and SRA designated real estate investor and valuation expert. He is an Emmy-nominated TV host and producer, and is the acclaimed author of the books "Vacation Property Secrets” and "The Outlier Mindset". He is also the host of the podcasts "Vacation Property Secrets" and "The Outlier Mindset"
Currently, he leads Blue Fusion Capital, focusing on investing in short-term vacation rentals in Costa Rica. Rodman has managed and performed over $20 billion in property valuations and served on the Appraisal Institute National Board of Directors, including a term as its 2021 President.
